How were we able to create this story with certainty?

  • We worked with the merchant’s order, customer, and post-sale review data.
  • We were able to link the customer experience through these three data types.
  • Then, our text analytics identified the age group of those most affected.
  • We were also able to show that these customers required a different type of service level.

As a result of this story, this merchant made a change to their FAQ’s and  reduced their inbound emails by almost 4% while increasing their customer satisfaction.
